I’ve been working directly with the team at tecset since June 2014, and they continue to impress.

We had already engaged another web designer, but months later we were still waiting on a result – and weren’t happy when it finally came. We do a lot for our customers – special events; live music; competitions – not to mention the great function facilities we have in our heritage building. Steve created a new business based Facebook page and helped migrate our fans across. Now he manages the page, constantly running targeted promotions and handling customer feedback in a timely and professional manner. Although this is a managed service, tecset provided me with access to the page so I can still post if I need to, and view Facebooks Insights reports.

Steve checks in with the hotel regularly to see what we have coming up, and discuss the best strategies for promoting our events through the online channels.

We went with the “Ultimate Bundle”. It’s all linked and working together as one strategy. Tecset are now helping us set up a new loyalty program that works with our POS system.

The team at tecset take care of everything. All I need to do is email them or give them a call and they get straight to work. They even drove out to visit us and worked from the hotel for a few days to meet the staff and get a better feel for our business.
